COURSE DESCRIPTION
This is a year-long, monthly video series focusing on topics and teachings that introduce core concepts of awareness. Dive deeply into various teachings and practices geared toward facilitating personal and interpersonal transformation.
Members will receive one in-depth video per month and downloadable supporting lesson materials and worksheets.
The program format allows members to review lessons at their own pace, as many times as they like.

An overview of the history and tradition of Yoga and how the path and trajectory of Yoga today impacts your life.

Prana is known as the ubiquitous life force that flows to, through and around us, and is said to energize our body via the mechanism of our breath. During this module students will go on a journey into the embodied nature of Prana.

Shifting from Prana to consciousness, this module will expand on Yogic concept of the body / mind connection.

One cannot talk about the practice of Yoga without touching on the subject of Samskaras or 'latent impressions' which impact our experiences and how we orient to the reality around us. During this module Jeff will unpack Samskaras and their multifaceted nature.

This module explores the history of stress, the trauma experience, it’s connection to the Yogic concept of Samskāras or ‘latent impressions,’ and, time allowing, the neuroscience behind various healing aspects of Yoga.

During this module Jeff will explore the history and tradition of the modern chakra system as well as touch on some aspects of science and quantum theory which inform the practice of Chakra Sadhana.

What is the nature of a personal practice? Why undertake one? With the help of such texts as the Bhagavad Gita, the Upanishads and Swami Rama's 'Sadhana, The Path to Enlightenment,' Jeff will explore what sadhana is and why it's important to our lives.

This module will build on the previous one, 'Sadhana: The Journey of Transformation,' as students will be guided in filling out this module's downloadable Sadhana Worksheet.

This module will focus on the importance and impact of sound and the empowered nature of the spoken word, especially the practice of mantra.

The terms mindfulness and meditation have become rote and common place. Springboarding off of the previous module, 'Psychoacoustics - The Sacred Geometry of Sound,' students will dive deeper into these terms and their application to all areas of their life and experience.

Samadhi is one of the most mysterious experiences spoken of in the practice of Yoga. During this module, Jeff will present samadhi in a way that is accessible to all students.

One of the most overlooked sutras in the 'Yoga Sutras of Pantanjali,' this module will highlight yoga sutra 4:11 and how it can be used by students to address specific issues arising in their practice and life.
