The Sadhana Integration Program is a series of offerings to support the momentum that you’ve already created by being a part of the first annual, 2020 Virtual 30-Day Sadhana.

Given these times and the variability of economic circumstances and my desire to support each of you and your practice, the Sadhana Integration Workshops and the Sadhana Enrichment Practices will be offered on a ‘pay what you can’ model. No one will be turned away for any reason.
Sadhana Integration Workshops (90 Minutes Each)
These two workshops will build on information, concepts and practices from our sadhana. Each will be recorded for viewing later if you cannot attend the live session.

Monthly Sadhana Enrichment Practices (90 Minutes)
These sadhana-based enrichment practices (think drop-in classes) will reenforce principles shared during your Virtual 30-Day Sadhana and the Sadhana Integration Workshops.
